CAREER:	Antony is a Managing Director and shareholder of Appraisal & Valuation Consultants Ltd, based in London. His responsibilities include operations/planning, business development and marketing, client relations, quotations, managing and carrying out the valuations. Antony oversees our Onshore and Downstream Valuations. He has over 28 years experience and has worked in 89 countries to date, and whilst Antony has specialised in the Oil, Gas & Energy sector he has also covered many other industries. Antony has undertaken plant and machinery valuations for many reasons including insurance and financial, asset register reconciliation and compilation, asset bar coding, war damage and fire/explosion damage claims, sale purposes, insolvency and auctions. Antony has valuation experience in refineries, petrochemical, fertiliser and chemical facilities, LNG facilities, gas processing, onshore and offshore production, offshore processing, drilling rigs, oil and gas depots/terminals, power stations (coal, gas, diesel, hydro), Electrical transmission and distribution, water utilities, semiconductor manufacturing, metals processing, minerals processing, mining, port facilities, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, textiles, pottery and crystal works, pulp & paper, publishing and newspapers, car assembly, shipyards, agriculture, aviation, manufacturing (light and heavy), logistics, computer and electronics assembly, laboratories, hotels, office contents, retail facilities and buildings (corporate headquarters, offices, residential, retail & leisure).
