CAREER:	Roy offers support as a Consultant Valuation Engineer to Appraisal & Valuation Consultants Ltd in London. Roy was the Regional Manager, responsible for Valuations and Claims Quantum for Asian Valuation Consultants, based in Bangkok. He has over 44 years experience and has worked in 61 countries to date, and whilst Roy has specialised in the Oil, Gas & Energy sector he has also covered many other industries. Roy has undertaken plant and machinery valuations for many reasons including insurance and financial, asset register reconciliation and compilation, asset bar coding, war damage and fire/explosion damage claims. Roy has valuation experience in refineries, petrochemical, fertiliser and chemical facilities, LNG facilities, onshore and offshore production, offshore processing, oil and gas depots, power stations (coal, gas, diesel), water utilities, metals processing, port facilities, pulp and paper, glass manufacturing, food and beverage, textiles, manufacturing (light and heavy), medical and hospitals, logistics and office contents.
