CAREER:	Michael is a Valuation Engineer at Appraisal & Valuation Consultants Ltd based in London. His responsibilities include carrying out the valuations and client relations. He has worked in 8 countries to date and has undertaken plant and machinery valuations for many reasons including insurance, financial and asset register compilation. Michael has valuation experience in refineries, onshore and offshore production, offshore processing, LNG facilities, petrochemical facilities, gas processing, metals processing, food and beverage, manufacturing (light), logistics, office contents and retail facilities.
